    Terms of Service

    Axio360 Ventures Australia Pty Ltd · ABN 16 698 584 851
    Effective 26 October 2026 · Version 1.0

    These terms are the agreement between you and Axio360 Ventures Australia Pty Ltd ("TaxSnap", "we", "us") for your use of the TaxSnap platform. By creating an account or using TaxSnap you agree to them. If you use TaxSnap for a business or a practice, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

    1. The service

    TaxSnap is software that helps you organise financial documents, classify transactions, and prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and tax-deduction reports. We may add, change, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of a change that significantly reduces what you are paying for.

    2. Not tax or financial advice

    • TaxSnap is a software tool. It does not give tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and we are not your registered tax or BAS agent.
    • Classifications, GST amounts, deductions, and reports are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and fixed rules. They can be wrong or incomplete.
    • You (or your registered tax agent) are responsible for checking them before you rely on them or lodge anything with the Australian Taxation Office. Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, TaxSnap does not lodge anything for you.
    • Tax rates, thresholds, and rules change. We work to keep them current but cannot promise they are.

    3. Your account

    • You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
    • Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
    • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
    • Invite only people who should see the workspace, and set their permissions appropriately. You are responsible for what the people you invite do.

    4. Accountants and practices

    If an accountant or practice is connected to your business, you authorise them to access the data you have allowed them to see. Your relationship with them is separate from your agreement with us, and we are not a party to it. You can remove their access at any time. Where a practice sets up a business on a client's behalf, the practice warrants it has the client's authority to do so.

    5. Your data

    You own the documents and data you put into TaxSnap. You give us a licence to store, process, and display them, including using AI, only to provide the service to you and as our Privacy Policy describes. You promise that you have the right to upload them, including any personal information about other people in them.

    You can export your data and ask us to delete it. Some records may be kept where the law requires. See our Privacy Policy.

    6. Acceptable use

    You must not:

    • use TaxSnap unlawfully, or to submit false or misleading information to any authority;
    • upload content you have no right to use, or malicious files;
    • try to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its limits or security;
    • copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing product;
    • share your account or let anyone use it who has not been invited.

    7. Plans, fees, and payment

    • Paid plans, credits, and any free trial are described in the app at the time you choose them. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
    • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
    • Plans renew automatically. You can cancel in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the law says otherwise.
    • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
    • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any refund or remedy it gives you.

    8. Connected services

    TaxSnap can connect to third-party services such as email, Google, Microsoft, and Xero. Your use of them is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes. You can disconnect them at any time.

    9. Availability

    We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or to stop misuse.

    10. Our intellectual property

    We and our licensors own the TaxSnap platform, software, and brand. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business while you have an account.

    11. Suspension and ending

    You can stop using TaxSnap and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, fail to pay, or if the law requires, and we will tell you why where we can.

    12. Liability

    • Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, and nothing here tries to.
    • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or penalties and interest charged by a tax authority that result from relying on output you did not check.
    • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or, where the law allows us to choose, to re-supplying the service.

    13. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. We will give you notice of material changes (for example by email or in the app) before they take effect. If you keep using TaxSnap after that, you accept the new terms.

    14. General

    These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction. They, with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
